With our guidance, spend 2 days taking nature walks, making crafts and playing games to learn about the out-of-doors.
In the preschool and kindergarten sessions children learn about animals and plants and concepts such as sensory exploration and tame and wild. The first through fourth grade sessions introduce animal families and ecological concepts such as predator and prey, niches, and communities. The fifth-eighth grade session is an exploration of TWC wetlands on the first day and a 5 -mile nature canoe trip down the Tuscarawas on the second day. Each grade level session is designed to intrigue and challenge children of that age. Activities are organized for adults working and learning with their child.
Summer Days Enrichment is in July each year. We suggest you register early!
