The Wilderness Center (TWC) and Green Energy Ohio (GEO) are partnering to offer a Sustainable Energy Festival 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 8, 2008 at Fairless Middle School. Quick Answers!
1. Exhibitors Fee: $150.00 — TWC and GEO will
use Exhibitors’ fees to promote the event. The fee covers a table with a foot of space on each side. GEO & TWC members receive $50 off the Exhibitorfee.
2. It is indoors — The Tradeshow will be held in the Cafeteria at Fairless Middle School, and open to the public throughout the day. 101 Presentations will be in the adjacent Auditorium and workshops in nearby classrooms.
3. Tables — 8-foot and 6-foot tables are first-come, first-served. Exhibitors may bring their
own tables and/or displays.
4. Set-up — Exhibitors may set-up the evening
before, or early in the morning of the Festival.
5. Sales — Exhibitors are encouraged to sell products if they wish.
6. Food — Lunch items will be available for
purchase in the school concession stand.
7. Admission — The public is admitted free to 101 presentations, but there will be a $40 charge for each technical workshop. GEO & TWC membersreceive $10 off, and pre-registration is required for workshops. Workshop fees will be used for Festival
expenses.
8. Deadlines — The deadline for Exhibitor
applications is February 1st 2008.
Become a Sponsor
Exhibitors may also become sponsors of this
Sustainable Energy Festival. Sponsors receive an exhibit booth, and recognition in the event’s
promotional materials, The Wilderness Center
newsletter, Green Energy Ohio’s newsletter,
and in press releases for the event. Sponsorships and exhibitor fees will be used to promote the event.
