The Wilderness Center is a non-profit Nature Center & Land Trust with a mission to connect our community to nature, educate people of all ages, conserve natural resources, and practice environmental stewardship. $5.00 of each entry will go to further this mission!
The 3.4 Mile Trail Run is a trail run with roots, steep inclines, rocks, etc. This race is not for the faint-of-heart! Runners in the 3.4 mile run will start in 3 groups with one minute intervals and finish position will be based on your net time that is recorded by subtracting your start time from your finish time. The first 1/2 mile of the event will be on the road to give runners a

chance to spread out.
Awards-All participants will receive a unique T-shirt. In the 3.4 mile Trail Run the top three males & females overall, top master, plus the top three in each of the following age groups: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & over.
There will also be awards for those that walk. The top 2 overall men & women plus the top two in each of the following age groups: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39. 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & over.

For the 3.4 mile run/ Walk $20.00 before April 18th & & $25.00 race day.

Race day registration & packet pickup will begin at 11:30am race morning.
Location & Directions: The Wilderness Center is located at 9877 Alabama Ave. SW,

Wilmot, OH., 44689.

From the North follow I-77 south to Route 30 & exit at Route 241. Follow 241 south & turn

left on route 93 toward Brewster. After you go through Brewster, Route 93 intersects
with Route 62. Stay on Route 62 by Baylor Beach & proceed to Wilmot.

Turn right on Route 250 & follow for a mile to Alabama Ave. & the entrance to the Center.

From the South exit 77 at Strasburg & follow Route 21 North to Route 250.

Turn west on 250 & follow directions above.
Subway Challenge Series: The 3.4 Mile Trail Run is part of the 2010 Subway Challenge Series. All runners will be MyLaps timed with computer chips on their shoes. This year all chips need not be returned. Yellow chips can still be used! Results will be available race day at
www.ohiochallengeseries.com.

I, the undersigned, realize that running a road race is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter & run unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decisions of a race official relative to safely completing the run. I assume all risks associated in running this event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, traffic, and the conditions of the road, all such risks being known and approved by me. Having read this waiver, and knowing these facts, and in consideration of you accepting my entry, I for myself and anyone entitled to act in my behalf, waive and release Wilderness Center, RS Racing Systems, The Subway Challenge Series, all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims of liability of any kind arising out of my participation in this event. I hereby grant full permission to any or all of the foregoing to use any photographs, video tapes, motion pictures, recordings, or and other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. All race entries are non-refundable. We reserve the right to reject entries. I also agree to return my ChampionChip at the conclusion of the race or I am liable for a $40 missing chip fee. All race entries arenon-refundable.
