Here are the rules:

• The number or presentations is limited by time. The number of different programs is limited by time. The number of different programs is also limited by set-up and clean-up time. Generally, we can do 4 different programs or 6 presentations of the same program in a school day.
• Your naturalist works an 8-hour day, including travel, set-up, and clean-up time. Schedule at least a 15 minute lunch break. We need 5 minutes between classes to reset the same program or 1/2 hour to set up a new program: add 10 minutes to move to another room with student help. Double time for Space Day and Winter Wondering
• Programs must be scheduled for mutually-agreeable dates. Sorry, we cannot accomodate outreaches from Sept. 15-Oct. 31 or Apr. 15-May 31.
• Programs may be anywhere except TWC.
• Programs may be any outreach program in this booklet, except Star Watch.
