Rental Information

The Wilderness Center Interpretive Building was completely renovated in 2001. The entry hall with flagstone floor, fossil wall, and two-story glass window wall looking out to our magnificent red oak, begins your event in a unique way. Every room has windows that look onto features of our nature preserve: forest, prairie, or lake. Our setting will help your group focus on its business and relax in our Amish country setting.

At the same time, our building is 21st century. Each room is wired for internet hook-up, and connected to the web by microwave transmission onto a fast T-1 cable. Each room is complete with its own sound system. Podium and microphone are provided at no additional cost.

To accommodate everyone, our Interpretive Building has an elevator for those who cannot climb stairs; assistance for those with hearing problems; modern restroom facilities; and a family restroom, which includes a change table, for complete privacy.

The entire building can be rented.

Rate: $1,600/8hr   $900/4hr   + $100/hr OT
