TWC’s 1st Annual Garlic Mustard Cook-Off First Prize Recipe

Sweet Pineapple and Garlic Mustard Salsa

5 Roma Tomatoes, seeded and chopped

2 Cups fresh Pineapple, chunked

1 Jalapeno Pepper, seeded and diced

½ Cup Garlic Mustard Leaves, chopped

2 Tablespoons Honey

Salt and Pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in food processor and pulse until desired consistency.

Makes approximately one quart.
