Have you been curious about the recent acquisition of the Soehnlen Farm parcel in 2025? Here is your chance to explore the newest 36-acre parcel protected by The Wilderness Center!
We’ll use iNaturalist to document as many species of plants, animals, and fungi as we can find. Terrain is gently sloped with good access to both the stream and surrounding forest. Parking will be just off Foxfield St and Northvale Ave, though walking from Foxfield Preserve is also acceptable.
What to bring: hiking shoes, binoculars, water bottle, anything else you use to explore (net, bug box, etc.)
